COVID 19 FAQ

 

Q: Will refunds be issued for missed sessions?

 

A: We are unable to issue refunds due to school closures in these unprecedented circumstances. However we have made the club videos and other resources available in the Parent Portal so that children can take part at home. We will also be celebrating the children’s work with our weekly completion and prizes.

 

Q: When will future clubs be available to book?

 

A: As soon as schools re-open and give us their club dates we will make bookings available online. We will of course notify parents through the usual letters home and emails.

 

Q: When will the PARENT PORTAL be open to all parents?

 

A: From what would have been the start of the usual Easter holidays we will open the portal up to support all parents with as many resources as we can for free.
